How to make a custom order...
We offer custom orders on some of our products, these include the following:
*20oz Tumblers
Common things we can do is add a name to existing designs, or completely design a new image (please see below).
*Libbey Cups
We can usually order a specific wrap for you and in some cases add a name (please see below)
*Cold Cups
Only names can be added to these or a design using vinyl which does not promise as long life in comparison to our Libbey cups with wraps (please see below).
*Shadow Boxes
In some cases we may be able to add names to our designs, and we maybe be able to change the design completely (please see below).
*Acrylic Bookmarks
We can change some aspects of these such as the wrap design, the name, the glitter or style of bookmark it is on. If you are looking for a new design please either email us or use the contact us form, please note this is an additional charge if this is something we specifically have to order in or completely design from scratch.
*Acrylic Keyrings

If you are looking for a new design please either email us or use the contact us form, please note this is an additional charge if this is something we specifically have to order in or completely design from scratch.
We highly recommend emailing us or using our contact form to enquire for anything you haven't seen shown on our product page or this page. If you contact us via email then you'll be able to send any screenshots of designs, wraps etc that you would like to order instead or via our WhatsApp.
Deposit
On products where we would have to create a custom design or purchase the design for, there will be a small deposit. This deposit can either be deducted from your final total which can be paid after the full product is made, or if the full payment is paid in advance we will not charge a deposit in this case. Products you can expect this to happen with is with our 20oz Tumblers, Libby Cups and Shadow boxes.
During consultation about your design, we will make you aware of the full cost and the deposit cost, but to make you aware in advance our custom designs for these products are higher than our standard prices for those products where there are many alterations to the product or for a completely new design.
Adding names only does not result in higher costs for our 20oz Tumblers and Shadow Boxes, but for our Libbey Cups, we charge an additional £3, this is for our time, and cost of the vinyl we use to do so. This is not an option under our Cup page due to the fact that not all libbey cups with wraps are suitable for an added names and why it is best recommended to contact us in this instance.
Our deposit is a minimum of 50% however we understand this isn't possible for everyone and we would be happy to discuss alternative options with you otherwise, but we strictly will not be beginning any products until 50% of the payment has been made.
